Biography
Mr. Neudorff is a partner with Malka & Kravitz, P.A., Since beginning his career in 2011, Mr. Neudorff has concentrated his practice in the field of construction and commercial litigation. Mr. Neudorff's construction litigation experience includes advising contractors, owners, design professionals, sureties, insurance carriers and suppliers with claims regarding construction defects, professional negligence, payment disputes, scheduling impacts, performance and payment bond claims, and forensic engineering. Mr. Neudorff has successfully represented claims in all phrases of litigation including trials, mediations and arbitrations.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Neudorff was an partner at a well-known south Florida construction litigation firm, was awarded a prestigious Construction Superintendent Internship with one of the nation's largest home builders and clerked for a head administrative judge in the 11th District of Florida. Mr. Neudorff has a Bachelor of Arts in Business/ Real Estate with an area of specialization from the Rinker College of Building and Construction at the University of Florida and a law degree with the University of Florida as well.
