Biography
Mr. Walter practices in the areas of construction and commercial litigation. Mr. Walter has experience litigating cases involving real estate litigation, including HOA and Condo issues, zoning and land use, and construction defects. Mr. Walter focuses on all phases of litigation, mediation, and arbitration throughout the state of Florida.
Prior to joining Malka & Kravitz, Mr. Walter at a multi-state boutique firm leading the Florida office focusing on HOA disputes. Prior to that, Mr. Walter worked at a midsized firm focused on real estate and financial litigations and compliance.
Mr. Walter received his undergraduate degree from Slippery Rock University. After obtaining a Bachelor of Arts in history, He attended the University of Miami School of Law, where he was inducted into The Order of the Barristers. On graduating with a Juris Doctorate, Mr. Walter was awarded a Foreclosure Defense Fellowship through the University of Miami School of Law, which allowed him to receive an LLM in Real Property Development.
